We offer a bespoke support service tailored to the needs of the customer, including such things as project managing clinical system migrartions/mergers/closures, on-site and remote training, template development, protocols, report building, etc.

TPP SystmOne
We first became accredited trainers for SystmOne in 2005 and have since rolled it out to over 100 GP practices, various community, out of hours, drug rehabilitation and child health services together with hospices and prisons across Yorkshire. For many of these services we continue to provide ongoing training and support.

We've been supporting EMIS Web since 2015 providing training, template building, creating searches and protocols as well as project managing system migrations
Clinisys ICE
We were instrumental in implementing and rolling out ICE within Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, one of the largest teaching hospitals in Europe, and now act as the Trust's product specialists providing advice, support, training and configuration.
NHS eReferral Service
We provide training and support for both GP practices generating referrals as well as AQPs receiving them

Included within the support we offer on both SystmOne and EMIS, this is an area which we regularly get questioned about and we're therefore able to guide you through the often confusing topic of registration links and GP2GP
